Michele Perry

Michele is actively involved in mobilizing a movement of those live in love, seeing what Jesus prayed, "on earth as it is in heaven," become reality in the darkest and hardest places of nations. A modern-day mystic with a mandate to live all of life from the place of being hidden in His heart, she has spent the last decade searching out the poorest of the poor, the most vulnerable and broken to live among and learn from, as she sees the transformational power of God's love change lives and communities.

Michele founded Converge International to connect like-hearted individuals, ministries and gatherings with the frontlines of what God is doing in the nations. God is calling forth a new tribe to arise: a company that will live from His heart; walking in the revelation, the release and the reality of heaven. They will lay down their lives for love every day and for the joy set before them persevere because they see the invisible. She is ordained by Iris Ministries,Inc. and is the pioneering field ministry director for Iris Ministries Sudan.

Her life is simply a love story. Joy is the result of a life wholly-given in love. It is not a strategy that will change the world. It is a dance: a dance where we are so consumed in Love we become see-through and when the world looks at us, they see through us to Him.

Patrick and Betty Jalan

Patrick and Betty have been working in unreached people group outreach in Sudan for the last four years and have a rich history with Lord. Patrick has the gifting and heart of an apostolic evangelist and Betty is gifted with administration and finance. Patrick has often worked with translation and large crusades.

They have joined our Iris Sudan indigenous leadership team in January 07 to oversee our outreaches, pastors and church-planting as well as to pastor our staff and Yei base. They are also involved in helping with the startup and oversight of our small nursery and primary school starting this Spring.

We are deeply blessed to have them and feel honored that Lord would bring us such true servant lovers of Jesus to run with into His dreams.
